Prabhu Soundarrajan is the chief scientist and Director of Strategic Applications at H2scan Corporation, an energy company located in Valencia, CA. His corporate interest spans in the high technology areas including nanotechnology, semi-conductors, materials and energy (oil and gas, nuclear, smart grid). Prabhu is an entrepreneur with expertise in early-stage / start-up strategy, entrepreneurial organization development, and strategic marketing. He has extensive international business development experience and is a regular speaker in international conferences and symposiums. Prabhu has also authored several publications and is a holder of key patents.
Prabhu Soundarrajan is a member of, International society for Automation (ISA), European Chlorine Organization (Eurochlor) and International federation of process analytical chemistry (IFPAC). Prabhu Soundarrajan holds bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering and a graduate degree in Polymer Engineering from University of Akron, Ohio. He was a winner and award recipient in the annual business plan competition held at Fitzgerald institute of entrepreneurial studies at University of Akron, Ohio on MEMS based sensors. Prabhu Soundarrajan graduated from Harold Price Center for entrepreneurial Studies Harold Price UCLA Anderson School of Business in Los Angeles, California as the program elected speaker on entrepreneurship. Prabhu is the small business board of director for National Hydrogen Association (NHA), a 20 year old industrial consortium of energy industries. He is an avid fitness lover, health conscious individual with kickboxing experience. His personal interests are in strength training, salsa/ Latin dancing. 

Sandeep Panigrahi has practiced business and technology consulting for the past 10 yrs. He has consulted for fortune 500 companies like GE, HP, Abbott Labs, Pfizer Inc., United Health Care in leadership capacity and has managed large programs specializing in Customer Relationship Strategies.

Sandeep Panigrahi has a bachelor in Metallurgical Engineering from National Institute of Technology, India. He holds a MBA from ICFAI, Mumbai specializing in IT. Currently he is undertaking his Certificate in General Management from UCLA Anderson School of Management which he intends to complete by December 2009. His area of interest is competitive strategies and how a firm can use customer strategies to gain competitive advantage.

His interest includes reading strategic journals, watching soccer and cricket. In his free time he spends time with his wife, an MBA in HR by profession who prides herself in calling “Home Consultant”, his 3 year old daughter and Infant son.
